Returns

Please contact us at ebranchll@gmail.com with your order number if you have a question or concern about the condition your product was received in.  I make every effort to ensure it arrives safely and have insured it during transit; however, weather or unforeseen circumstances can cause our natural products to melt, freeze or break.  If this occurs, it would be helpful to receive a picture so I can make a claim and will get a replacement product shipped as soon as we can.

Please do not send your purchase back without notifying me first.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: EB Ranch LLC-N13346 490th St. Ridgeland, WI 54763. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless another agreement has been made via email. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-returnable items:

I cannot accept Gift Certificates/Cards back for a refund.
